WPIAL boys volleyball playoff clinchings through April 26, 2019

There are two weeks left in the 2019 WPIAL boys volleyball regular season before the start of the district postseason.

Check out the updated WPIAL boys volleyball standings on the Trib HSSN website.

The top four teams in each section qualify for the playoffs, although more than four could clinch a playoff spot if there are ties that can’t be broken by head-to-head results.

Here are the teams that have clinched a playoff berth through April 26:

Class AAA — 6 of at least 12 teams have clinched

North Allegheny Tigers

Shaler Titans

Latrobe Wildcats

Hempfield Spartans

Norwin Knights

Class AA — 9 of at least 12 teams have clinched

Ambridge Bridgers

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Chargers

Beaver County Christian Eagles

Derry Trojans

Obama Academy Eagles

North Catholic Trojans

Seton LaSalle Rebels

Thomas Jefferson Jaguars
