Peyton Wehner threw for 365 yards and five touchdowns to lead top-ranked Central Catholic to a 49-6 victory over No. 3 Canon-McMillan (4-2, 1-2) in Class 6A football action Friday night.

Peter Gonzalez caught seven passes for 268 yards and three touchdowns for the Vikings (6-0, 3-0). Zachary Welsh ran for 101 yards and a TD for Canon-McMillan.

Seneca Valley 55, Butler 0 — Sean O’Shea threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns and ran for two TDs to lead Class 6A No. 5 Seneca Valley (1-5) to victory over Butler (2-4).

North Allegheny 45, Pine-Richland 10 – Logan Kushner threw for 265 yards and three touchdowns and ran for two more scores as Class 6A No. 2 North Allegheny (5-1) won a nonconference game over Class 5A No. 3 Pine-Richland (3-3).

City League

University Prep 70, Perry Traditional Academy 0 – Max Qureshi threw five touchdown passes at University Prep (4-2, 1-1) won a City League matchup against Perry (1-5, 1-3).

Westinghouse 30, Hollidaysburg 22 — Westinghouse (5-0) defeated Hollidaysburg (2-3) in nonconference play.
