The 2025 WPIAL softball playoff field is nearly set with currently 71 teams having qualified and four possible playoff berths still up for grabs with two days left in the regular season.

The top four teams in each section qualify for the postseason from Class 5A down. In 6A, the top six teams clinch a WPIAL playoff berth.

If there is a tie for the final playoff spot in any section, all of the tied teams advance if they split their head-to-head meetings.
