WPIAL softball playoff clinchings through April 27, 2025

The 2025 WPIAL softball playoff field is taking shape and currently sits at 41 teams with a week and a half left in the regular season.

The top four teams in each section qualify for the postseason from Class 5A down. In Class 6A, the top six teams clinch a WPIAL playoff berth.

If there is a tie for the final playoff spot in any section, all of the tied teams advance if they split their head-to-head meetings.
