Was Round One of the 2014 WPIAL Football Playoffs a Trick or a Treat for your favorite football team? That was the question after opening round fell on Halloween night this year. WPIAL Executive Director Tim O’Malley braved the wet and chilly conditions and head out with his big giant scissors to cut the ribbon to officially open the Highway to Heinz.
