First team

Da’sjon Craggette

Southmoreland, RB, Sr.

The senior turned in a brilliant season. He rushed for 1,462 yards and scored 19 touchdowns. He also caught five passes for 122 yards.

Samir Crosby

Greensburg Central Catholic, WR/QB/DB, So.

This super sophomore caught 31 passes for 623 yards, rushed for 634 yards and scored a team-high 20 touchdowns. He also completed 14 of 26 passes for 273 yards and two touchdowns. He was in on 107 tackles (81 solo) and had six interceptions.

Luke Denny

Norwin, WR, Sr.

He caught 44 passes for an impressive 1,046 yards and 11 touchdowns. He was the top receiver in the WPIAL in Class 5A. He had 60 tackles, seven for losses, one interception and broke up eight passes.

Andrew Devola

Franklin Regional, T/DT, Jr.

The junior was a dominating force on the line of scrimmage. He was an excellent blocker on offense and disruptive force on defense. He had 59 tackles (34 solo), 6.5 sacks and caused one fumble.

Joe Dolinski

Hempfield, OL/DL, Sr.

The Lock Haven commit was a second-team Class 5A Big East Conference player as a guard. He also had 10 tackles on defense, but his strength was blocking for the running game and pass protection.

Ayden Hudock

Franklin Regional, WR/S, Sr.

This exciting senior caught a team-high 48 passes for 803 yards, rushed for 87 yards and scored 11 touchdowns. He was in on 23 tackles, had two interceptions and broke up 17 passes.

Jackson Hutter

Mt. Pleasant, RB/LB, Sr.

Injuries forced the senior to miss several games. He still managed to rush for 366 yards, catch 12 passes for 220 yards and score 10 touchdowns. He also starred on defense with 45 tackles, 12 tackles for losses, two forced fumbles and one sack.

Ty Keffer

Southmoreland, WR, Sr.

The sure-handed receiver caught 50 passes for 820 yards and 10 touchdowns. This star basketball player is receiving offers from Division II and III colleges. He also picked off four passes.

Adam LaCarte

Belle Vernon, S/TE, Sr.

This playmaking senior had 74 tackles, three interceptions and recovered two fumbles. He also caught six passes for 60 yards and a touchdown helping the Leopards to back-to-back WPIAL and PIAA Class 3A titles.

Braden Laux

Belle Vernon, QB/DE, Sr.

The Eastern Michigan commit helped lead his school to consecutive WPIAL and PIAA 3A titles. He completed 120 of 181 passes for 1,733 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Carmen Metcalfe

Penn-Trafford, WR/DB, Sr.

The three-sport star caught 47 passes for 574 yards and scored two touchdowns. He also was an outstanding defender. He had 49 tackles (31 solo) and one interception.

Payton Molter

Jeannette, QB, Sr.

The senior completed 95 of 165 passes for 1,573 yards and 17 touchdowns. He rushed for 204 yards and scored eight touchdowns.

Tanner Moody

Belle Vernon, MLB, Sr.

This undersized middle linebacker led the team in tackles with 85. He had three quarterback sacks and two interceptions in helping the Leopards to consecutive WPIAL and PIAA 3A titles.

Jackson Pons

Norwin, WR/DB, Sr.

He and Denny formed a dynamic receiving duo for the Knights. He caught 34 passes for 588 yards and eight touchdowns. He had 84 tackles, 11 tackles for losses, two interceptions and seven passes defended. He is committed to Miami (Ohio).

Evan Shawley

Southmoreland, LB, Jr.

The junior had a team-high 134 tackles (65 solo), seven sacks and one interception. He also played offense, but mainly as a blocker.

Owen Sinclair

Franklin Regional, C/MLB, Sr.

He was a strong blocker on offense and one of the top players on defense. He had a team-high 80 tackles (53 solo), three quarterback sacks and knocked down five passes.

Alex Tatsch

Latrobe, RB/LB, Jr.

This junior has numerous Power 5 offers. He rushed for 374 yards and scored nine touchdowns. He caught seven passes. He was the leading tackler on the team with 79 tackles (29 solo), four sacks and four interceptions.

Tristyn Tavares

Norwin, QB, So.

The sophomore had an electric season. He completed 145 of 244 passes for 2,459 yards and 25 touchdowns.

Zach Tomosovich

Penn-Trafford, T/DT, Sr.

This senior Army commit helped lead a strong running game for the Warriors. The duo of Tasso Whipple and Ben Grabowski rushed for a combined 2,167 yards. He had 21 tackles and one quarterback sack.

Tyree Turner

Greensburg Central Catholic, QB/DB, Sr.

This dual-threat athlete completed 86 of 156 passes for 1,584 yards and 18 touchdowns. He also rushed for 684 yards and scored 14 touchdowns. He had 51 tackles and six interceptions.

Ahmad Ward

Derry, RB, Sr.

The senior played a huge role in the success of the Derry program. He rushed for 1,279 yards, caught 13 passes for 136 yards and scored a team-high 15 touchdowns.

John Wetzel

Latrobe, QB/S, Jr.

This junior played a physical game. He completed 76 of 117 passes for 1,235 yards and 14 touchdowns. He also rushed for 1,040 yards and scored 19 touchdowns. He was in on 53 tackles and had three interceptions.

Tasso Whipple

Penn-Trafford, RB, Jr.

This junior had a record-breaking season. He rushed for 1,388 yards, caught 19 passes for 313 yards and scored 17 touchdowns. His record 300-yard game came against Hempfield.

Ja’Tawn Williams

Latrobe, WR/DB, Sr.

The dynamic senior caught 33 passes for 756 yards and scored 14 touchdowns. He also was a dangerous return specialist. He averaged 43 yards per kickoff return and 20 yards per punt return.
