Greensburg Central Catholic postponed a pair of basketball games because of water damage to its home court.

Tonight's girls Section 3-2A showdown between first-place Serra Catholic and GCC, and Tuesday's Leechburg-GCC boys game in Section 1-2A, will be made up at a later date.

GCC athletic director Dan Mahoney said a pipe broke in the boys basketball coaches' office and some water ran out onto the court, damaging a corner of the floor.

“We are working on fixing the section of the court that was affected,” Mahoney said. “I am in contact with the (other athletic directors) and working on make-up dates.”
