Broadcasts planned this week on Trib HSSN

Let the bracketology begin. The regular season is nearly done, the playoff fields are set and the high school basketball postseason is ready to roll along with the start of the district individual wrestling championships this week on the TribLive High School Sports Network.

Trib HSSN begins exclusive coverage of the 2019 WPIAL boys and girls basketball playoffs with the Basketball Playoff Pairings Show on Tuesday and first-round action Friday and Saturday. There also will be District 6 postseason hoops and District 9 regular-season roundball.

With the team wrestling playoffs in the rear view mirror, the focus is on the individual postseason with audio coverage of the Class AA sectionals and championships and video coverage of the championship finals Saturday.

Trib HSSN winds down regular season hockey coverage with five PIHL games, including a video stream doubleheader Monday.

Plus, the The WPIAL Roundball Report and PIHL Power Play Show on Wednesday, starting at 6:30 p.m. all on Trib HSSN.
