Aliquippa wide receiver Deoveon Crute committed Wednesday to Duquesne, becoming the third Quips senior to pick a Division 1 school.
Crute (6-1, 190) chose the Dukes over offers from Morgan State and Charleston. He’s second among Aliquippa receivers with 18 catches for 285 yards and four touchdowns.
Teammates Will Gipson and Solvauhn Moreland are committed to Ball State.
