Jack Bruckner scored 16 points to lead four players in double figures for Bethel Park in a nonsection boys basketball victory over rival Upper St. Clair.

Nick Brown added 13 points and Shawn Davis and Tanner Pfeuffer each had 10 for the Black Hawks (2-3). Christian Ito led Upper St. Clair (2-2) with 17 points. Tyler Robbins had 10.

Armstrong 66, Freeport 44 – Jack Valasek scored 18 points and Jacob Szep added 14 to lead Armstrong (5-1) to a nonsection win. Brady Sullivan led Freeport (2-4) with nine points.

Avella 73, Mapletown 39 – Westley Burchianti led with 29 points and Bryce Wright added 18 to help Avella (4-2) to a nonsection win. Jeremiah Mick scored 15 points for Mapletown (0-4).

Avonworth 88, Bishop Canevin 56 – Rowan Carmichael scored 23 points, hitting four 3-pointers, to lead Avonworth (4-1) in nonsection play. Matthew Farrah had 13 and Brandon Sapolsky and Anthony Arlia each added 10 for the Antelopes. Jason Cross scored 17, Drew Allen added 11 and Michael Vaughn had 10 for Bishop Canevin (1-4).

Beaver Falls 56, Riverside 52 – Marshall Clerice scored 15 points, Da’Sean Anderson and Da’talian Beauford added 14 points apiece and Sy’Mauri McCuy had 10 to lead Beaver Falls (1-2, 1-0) to a Section 1-3A win. McCartney Plassmeyer led Riverside (2-5, 0-1) with 16 points and Drake Fox had 15.

Blackhawk 66, Hopewell 38 – Tyler Heckathorn scored 24 points and Justin Shanor had 16 for Blackhawk (3-3, 1-0) in a Section 2-4A win over Hopewell (5-1, 0-1).

Burgettstown 51. Chartiers-Houston 48 – James Leuice scored 18 points and Carson Tkalcevic added 14 to lead Burgettstown (5-0, 1-0) to a Section 4-2A win. Avery Molek led Chartiers-Houston (4-1, 0-1) with 17 points and Nate Gregory had 16.

Canon-McMillan 62, Ringgold 45 – Eamon O’Donoghue scored a game-high 20 points and Roman Koenemund contributed 15 to help Canon-McMillan (3-2) to a nonsection victory. Daryl Tolliver led Ringgold (1-4) with 15 points.

Carmichaels 72, Geibel 42 – Dominic Colarusso led with 16 points, Robbie Wilson-Jones and Aidan Adamson followed with 15 apiece and Colin Andrews added 14 to lead Carmichaels (3-3) to a nonsection win. Tommy Kolencik scored 10 points for Geibel (0-6).

Clairton 69, Springdale 56 – Taris Wooding scored 21 points and DaShawn Hines added 15 to lead Clairton (3-3, 1-0) to a Section 3-2A win. Donte Wright had 13 and Andre Hines chipped in 10. John Hughes led Springdale (4-1, 0-1) with 16 points. Mason Gent had 13.

Deer Lakes 63, Ligonier Valley 34 – Collin Rodgers scored 16 points to lead four players in double figures for Deer Lakes (5-1, 1-0) in a Section 3-3A win over Ligonier Valley (2-3, 0-1). Billy Schaeffer had 15 points and Aiden Fletcher and Wayne Love each added 12 for the Lancers.

Eden Christian 76, South Side 63 – Nathan Garret led with 29 points, Caleb Emswiler had 15 and Mason Deon and Luke Gronted added 11 to power Eden Christian (1-5) to a nonsection win. Brody Almashy scored 21 points for South Side (2-3).

Elizabeth Forward 62, Trinity 58 – Isaiah Turner scored 20 points and Cy Herchelroath chipped in 15 to lead Elizabeth Forward (4-1) to a nonsection win. Dante DeRubbo led Trinity (2-3) with 15 points. Jonah Williamson had 14 and Jacob Dunkle added 10.

Ellwood City 75, New Brighton 33 – Colton Crizer and Joe Roth scored 13 points apiece and Aaron Lake added 12 to lead Ellwood City (3-4, 1-0) to a Section 1-3A win over New Brighton (1-5, 0-1). Also for the Wolverines, Chris Smiley had 11 points and Nathan Williams had 10.

Fox Chapel 54, Seneca Valley 50 – Will Siegel scored 18 points and Jefferson Moorefield-Brown added 12 as Fox Chapel (3-3) picked up a nonsection win. Siegel and Moorefield-Brown each had six rebounds. Kai West scored 19 and Andrew Omasits added 10 for Seneca Valley (2-4).

Frazier 64, Bentworth 46 – Dalian McManus led with 19 points, Brennan Stewart followed with 18 and Brock Alekson and Darian Bateman added 12 points apiece to push Frazier (4-3, 1-0) past Bentworth (1-4, 0-1) in a Section 4-2A win.

Greensburg Central Catholic 64, Riverview 30 – Tyree Turner scored 24 points, hitting the 1,000-point mark for his career, to lead Greensburg Central Catholic (6-1, 1-0) to a Section 3-2A victory. Liam Gallagher added eight points for the Centurions. Jack Loughren led Riverview (2-3, 0-1) with eight.

Hampton 61, Plum 43 – Peter Kramer scored 21 points and Liam Mignogna had a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds to lead Hampton (5-0) to a nonsection win over Plum (2-4). Alex Nyilas added 13 points for the Talbots.

Keystone Oaks 62, Sto-Rox 55 (OT) – Erond Jakupi led with 18 points, Ethan Spivak followed with 17 and Dante Moore added 10 to help Keystone Oaks (1-5, 1-0) past Sto-Rox (1-4, 0-1) in a Section 2-3A win. David Johnson scored 22 points and Justin Johnson had 19 for the Vikings.

Kiski Area 52, Mars 50 – Jacob Musselman hit the game-winning basket with 2.3 seconds left to lead Kiski Area (5-1) to a nonsection win. Isaiah Gonzalez scored 26 and Colin Keller added 13 for the Cavaliers. Ryan Ceh scored 17 and Austin Campbell had 11 for Mars (2-3).

Latrobe 64, DuBois 57 – Max Butler scored 22 points to lead Latrobe (3-2) to a nonsection win. John Wetzel added 13, Ja’Tawn Williams had 12 and Ian DeCerb chipped in 10 for the Wildcats. Tyson Kennis scored 27 and Maddux Bennett had 12 for DuBois.

Leechburg 69, St. Joseph 64 – Jayden Floyd scored 31 points to help Leechburg (2-4) edge St. Joseph (0-6) in a nonsection game. Brady Rollinger added 16 points for the Blue Devils. Gabe Maltese had 31 points for the Spartans and Cole Spencer scored 16.

Mohawk 64, Rochester 43 – Bobby Fadden led Mohawk (1-3) with 29 points, Jay Wrona added 11 and Keigan Hopper had 10 in a nonsection win. Xavier Rigby scored 18 points for Rochester (2-2).

Montour 59, Thomas Jefferson 57 – Jake Wolfe led Montour (3-1) with 35 points and Ama Sow added 12 in a nonsection win. Evan Berger scored 16 points and Nick Trklja had 12 for Thomas Jefferson (4-2).

Moon 62, Pine-Richland 50 – Elijah Guillory hit for 30 points and Charles Depner added 19 to lead Moon (3-2) to a nonsection win. Emery Moye scored 15 and Doolin Stober had 12 for Pine-Richland (2-3).

Mt. Lebanon 69, Chartiers Valley 48 – Liam Sheely scored 21 points, Nate Girod and Brody Barber added 15 points apiece and Riley Farabaugh had 14 to lead Mt. Lebanon (4-0) to a nonsection win. Julian Semplice led Chartiers Valley (3-3) with 20 points.

Neshannock 64, Freedom 21 – David Kwiat scored 19 points to lead Neshannock (5-1, 1-0) past Freedom (0-8, 0-1) in a Section 1-3A win.

North Allegheny 43, Pass Christian 40 – Joe Dopirak scored 18 points to lead North Allegheny (2-4) at the KSA Invitational at Orlando, Fla. Lauren Jaynes scored 12 for Pass Christian.

North Catholic 88, Ambridge 45 – Max Hurray led North Catholic (3-1, 1-0) with 20 points, Wils Kontul added 13 and Jason Siket had 12 in a Section 2-4A win. Julien Hubbard scored 15 points and Adam Fernandez had 10 for Ambridge (3-4, 0-1).

OLSH 55, Brentwood 54 – Jake Johnson scored 17 points, Gregory Mineard had 11 and Tiernan McCullough added 10 to lead OLSH (4-1, 1-0) past Brentwood (2-5, 0-1) in a Section 2-3A win. Ian Harrington led the Spartans with 18 points and Forrest Betz had 15.

Peters Township 72, Penn-Trafford 66 – Led by 14 points from Mickey Vaccarello and 13 each from Jack Dunbar and Evan McCullough, Peters Township (4-2) picked up a nonsection win. Tyler Freas led Penn-Trafford (4-2) with 24 points. Zach Feldman added 13.

Seton LaSalle 52, Steel Valley 43 – Hayden Merchant scored 28 points to lead Seton LaSalle (4-1, 1-0) to a Section 2-3A win. Rasaun Hough led Steel Valley (0-7, 0-1) with 17 points and Nahjir Norris had 11.

Southmoreland 73, Mt. Pleasant 54 – Ty Keffer scored 25 points and Wyatt Richter added 19 to lead Southmoreland (5-0) to a nonsection win. Noah Felentzer chipped in 12 for the Scotties. Dante Giallonardo led Mt. Pleasant (0-4) with 20 points. Connor Pavlocak had 12.

Valley 59, Apollo-Ridge 24 – Jacob Staraniec paced Valley (2-3, 1-0) scoring 17 points in a Section 3-3A win. Tayshawn Hawkins added 13 points for Valley. Karter Schrock scored nine for Apollo-Ridge (0-7, 0-1).

West Allegheny 71, Carlynton 40 – Brandon Bell scored 16 points to lead West Allegheny (6-0) in a nonsection win. Jayden McKnight and Ryan Lewis scored 13 points apiece for Carlynton (1-4). Also for the Indians, Justin Manns, Brady Miller, Ty Blatz, Leo Walsh and Jonah Buglak scored 10 points apiece.

Winchester Thurston 62, Cornell 32 – Michael Hammerling scored 22 points and Matt Southers added 18 to lead Winchester Thurston (4-1) to a nonsection win. Christopher Jackson and Julian Cordice scored nine points apiece for Cornell (3-2).

Woodland Hills 81, Brashear 62 – Amere Brown led Woodland Hills (3-2) with 23 points, Lamar Williams followed with 13 and Tymir Walker added 11 in a nonsection win. Titus Gilett scored 29 points for Brashear (2-4).

Yough 59, Brownsville 37 – Terek Crosby scored 19 of his game-high 35 points in the fourth quarter and Austin Matthews posted a 12-point, 13-rebound double-double to lead Yough (5-2, 1-0) to a Section 4-3A win over Brownsville (3-4, 0-1).

Canon McMillan 53, Mt. Lebanon 42 – Nadia Davis scored 23 points, Lauren Borella added 13 and Samantha Miller had 12 to lead Canon McMillan (4-1, 1-0) to a Section 2-6A win. Clare Cramer and Riley Collins scored 10 points apiece for Mt. Lebanon (2-3, 0-1).

Eden Christian 54, South Side 44 – Hope Haring scored 27 points to lead Eden Christian (4-3) to a nonsection win. Bailey Strnisa led South Side (3-4) with 18 points and Eden Schier had 12.

Hopewell 37, New Castle 33 – Caylee Sundy scored 17 points to lead Hopewell (4-3) to a nonsection win. Rihanna Boice scored 19 points for New Castle (0-7).

Jefferson-Morgan 49, Carlynton 26 – Kayla Larkin scored 18 points, Ava Wood followed with 17 and Ali Ostrich had 10 to help Jefferson-Morgan (2-4) to a nonsection victory. Lucy Vetter scored 11 and Carlee Hughes added 10 for Carlynton (3-3).

Mars 52, Kiski Area 51 – Vita Vargo hit five 3-pointers, went 8 for 10 from the free-throw line and finished with 29 points to lead Mars (4-2) to a nonsection win. Abbie Johns made seven 3-pointers and ended up with 27 points for Kiski Area (3-3).

Monessen 61, Sto-Rox 24 – Na’Jaziah Carter led with 17 points and Sidney Campbell added 16 to lead Monessen (2-1) to a nonsection win over Sto-Rox (2-4).

Mt. Pleasant 38, Southmoreland 14 – Riley Gesinski scored 16 points to lead Mt. Pleasant (5-1) to a nonsection win over Southmoreland (0-5).

Plum 48, Gateway 15 – Megan Marston scored 17 points and Pascale Olczak chipped in 10 to lead Plum (5-0, 1-0) in a Section 1-5A opener. Anayla Jordan scored eight for Gateway (1-5, 0-1).
