Sean McGowan blasted a two-run home run in the top of the sixth to help No. 3 Bethel Park defeat Baldwin, 8-4, in a Section 3-6A baseball game Friday afternoon.

Neshannock 6, Shenango 3 — Winning pitcher Dante DeLillo had a double and three RBIs as Neshannock (15-3, 11-3) won in Section 2-2A.

DeLillo accomplished a bizarre feat on the hill as well. He started and threw six innings, was pulled for the seventh, but re-entered on the hill to record the final out with the tying run at the plate. That would qualify him for the save, but a pitcher cannot get the save if he is the winning pitcher.
