In Game 1, the Quakers played solid defense and kept it close early, but at 7-7 the Warriors took off. They would end the game with a 18-8 run. They dominated on the front court on defense in the middle, and offense on the left and right side. Eryn Yuran, Belen Brown, Kaleah Jones, and Christina Kent took turns taking control of the game. QV couldn’t get past the wall they set up in the middle, and couldn’t withstand the depth CV threw at them winning 25-16.

Game 2 was nearly a carbon copy of game one. It was close early, as the Quakers play a strong team defense and would force the Warriors into errors. But at 11-11 again CV would go on a long game ending run as they would score a 14-5 run to win 25-16. The star of this game was super sophomore Jones. At every opportunity she used her jumping ability and placement skills to win points. Qv just couldn’t handle her.

In game 3 the Quakers had no quit. down 17-9 they rallied to tie 20-20. down 24-20 they rallied and got within 2 points but Cv put them away 25-23. The Quakers are a gutsy bunch with talent, but couldn’t handle the depth of the Warriors. Belen Brown was the star for CV as her serving and all around play led the way.

Statistically for the Warriors  Jones led in kills with 13, Yuran had 7.  Yuran led with 7 aces with her bullet serves. The Warriors as a team had 25 kills and 10 aces. Miasha Beck led the Quakers with 8 kills and 3 aces.
