Ligonier Valley girls fall to Bald Eagle Area

The Ligonier Valley girls volleyball team was ousted from the District 6 playoffs Tuesday night after a 3-0 quarterfinal loss to top-seeded Bald Eagle Area.

Rachel Horrell had 13 kills and three blocks. Jenna Moore had four kills and three blocks, and Kirsten Smith had six service points, but the Rams fell 25-10, 25-13, 25-23.

Ligonier Valley finished the season 13-6 overall.
