Welcome to another edition of “PIHL News and Notes,” your continuing source for all the scholastic hockey happenings you may not hear about on “The PIHL Power Play.” Last week, we focused on the 2010 champions in each classification. Today, we turn our attention to the other end of the playoff brackets and analyze some of the teams “on the bubble” for a postseason berth.

Plus, our “Game of the Week” previews will stick with our theme, including a Section 2 contest in Class AA and a key match-up in Class A. So join us once again for a look at what else is happening in each classification
