Pine-Richland lineman Michael Katic commits to Indiana

Pine-Richland lineman Michael Katic, a two-way standout on the Rams’ state championship team, committed Sunday to Indiana.
Katic will be a senior in the fall.
The 6-foot-3, 270-pound guard and defensive tackle choose the Hoosiers over offers from Pitt, Louisville, Rutgers, Boston College, Syracuse, Temple, Virginia, Ball State, Bowling Green, Army, Navy, Cincinnati, Kent State, Old Dominion, Buffalo, Ohio and Akron.
Rivals ranked Katic as a three-star recruit and No. 26 overall in Pennsylvania.
He’s the second lineman from Pine-Richland’s 2019 class to commit to a Division 1 school. Tackle Andrew Kristofic is committed to Notre Dame.
