Pine-Richland’s Dan Petcash commits to Binghamton

Pine-Richland’s Dan Petcash, one of the WPIAL’s top seniors, committed Sunday to Binghamton.
He announced his decision in Twitter.
The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 22 points this season for the Rams, who went 22-4 and reached the WPIAL semifinals and the PIAA second round.
