The 2026 Quaker Valley Football and Cheer Golf Outing will take place July 24 starting at 9 a.m. at Beaver Valley Golf Course in Patterson Heights.

The registration fees are $125 per golfer or $500 per foursome, which includes 18 holes of golf (for all skill levels), a hot dog lunch and Italian dinner buffet, team and individual prizes, contests, surprises and memories that will benefit future stars of the Quaker Valley football and cheer programs.

The golf outing’s planning committee currently is seeking sponsors for golfers, hole sponsors, raffle basket donations, gift cards, merchandise and prize donations.

Community support helps provide opportunities, equipment and experiences for QV student-athletes throughout the fall football season.

The Quakers finished with a 4-6 record last season, and coach Tom Eshenbaugh is anticipating continued growth and improvement by the 2026 squad.

“I expect us to have a competitive year,” Eshenbaugh said. “Our roster numbers are already on the rise, and we’ve had some really good buy-in from the players.

“We return four of our five offensive linemen, and most of our skill players now have valuable varsity experience under their belts. There’s a lot of excitement surrounding this group, and I believe it has the potential to be a special season for the Quakers.”

Tyler Cunnard is a 6-foot-2, 180-pound offensive lineman/outside linebacker at QV. He will be a junior in the 2026-27 school year.

“I’m expecting to see a lot of growth from the current group of players,” Cunnard, 16, said. “Our biggest strengths this year are our drive and our bond as a team.”
