Springdale senior goalkeeper Mike Zolnierczyk picked up a scholarship offer Thursday from Robert Morris, his second from a Division I program.

“It feels great,” Zolnierczyk said. “A lot of work went into this, a lot of time, and it feels good it’s finally paying off here.”

Zolnierczyk, who also holds an offer from Harvard, recorded shutouts in Springdale’s first five games, helping the Dynamos to a 4-0-1 start. He led the team to the WPIAL Class A championship game and PIAA quarterfinals last season.
