The "Terrific 21" Class AAA Girls Volleyball Player-Of-The Year and the All-Star Team were selected by the voting of member coaches and Jonathan Whaley, the Creator of the "Terrific 21" Girls Volleyball Program on the MSA Sports Network. Running for 4,000 career yards isn't as rare as it used to be. Forty-seven players have done it in WPIAL history, and 40 of them have reached the mark since 1990. It was a golden Saturday for both Ryan Gil, who won the 2010 Boys Class AAA Individual cross-country race while his North Allegheny teammates finished first in the boys team standings at the Parkview Course in Hershey.
