The WPIAL Board of Control Tuesday approved the new basketball alignments for both the boys and girls for the 2012-13 and 2013-14 high school winter sports seasons. For the first time ever, Bentworth might double team the WPIAL for the championship plaques. Things have been good for Bentworth basketball this season. Two incredible golden streaks continued Saturday at Chartiers Valley High School as Canon-McMillan and Burrell continued their district mat mastery.
