CTK 2010 – WPIAL A BLACK HILLS Conference Preview

Over the last 35 years, the WPIAL Class A football scene has been dominated by two conferences, the Big 7 and the Eastern Conference. From 1975 through 2006, the districts champion came from one of those two conferences. However the tide has turned over the last three years as the Black Hills Conference has laid the claim to being home of the WPIAL Class A champs.CTK 2010 – WPIAL/City League Football Coaching Changes

A pair of legends hung up the whistle this off season with George Smith of McKeesport and Guy Montecalvo of Canon-McMillan calling it quits...for now. Meanwhile, a couple of big name coaches have resurfaced in Jim Rankin and Art Tragesser while Ray Braszo is going back to the future. Which other WPIAL schools will have a new sideline general for this 2010 high school football season?
