Sunny skies and comfortable temperatures greeted players from 14 WPIAL and 2 Pittsburgh City League teams in the afternoon while pleasant conditions were the backdrop for the lone evening contest. Welcome to Week 4 of the high school football season. Chick's Picks made an appearance at MSA Sports World Headquarters last Friday for the first time this season. Much to her surprise, however, she was not missed over the first two weeks. Let's first get something straight about geography. Section 1 of WPIAL Class A is known as the Eastern Conference. It used to be a fitting name because most of the teams in the conference were from the Eastern area. But the conference has changed a great deal over the years.
