This week, we hit the midway point of the WPIAL football playoffs.

For Class 6A and 5A, it’s the middle week of a three-week battle for gold, while it will be two down, two to go for the other four classifications.

No surprise, there are no changes to the weekly Trib 10 power rankings.

Of course, six of the 10 teams did not play last week after earning playoff byes.

All 10 hit the field on Friday with one head-to-head matchup as No. 7 Penn Hills faces No. 10 Pine-Richland in a battle of Northeast Conference foes meeting for the second time this season in a 5A semifinal.

One of those teams resting last week was Aliquippa. The Quips remain on top of the power rankings for a fifth straight week.

Here are the latest Trib 10 power rankings with overall record, last week’s ranking and Week 11 opponent. These rankings have zero classification boundaries.
