The band Three Dog Night once sang “One is the loneliest number that you’ll ever do,” from their hit song simply titled One. That summed up the Saturday high school football schedule for the WPIAL in Week Three. With 60 contests played in the district Friday, that left only a Class 1-A Big 7 Conference tilt as the only game in town. You can hear the archived broadcast here on The Network.
