Erica Hall made the game-winning basket with 2.4 seconds left to lead South Fayette to a 68-66 girls basketball victory over tip-off tournament host Wheeling Park on Friday night.

Haylie Lamonde led the Lions (1-0) with 16 points. Hall and Alexa Ankrum each had 14 and Lainey Yater and Juliette Leroux had 10 apiece. Alexis Bordas scored 24 and Lala Woods had 22 for Wheeling Park (0-1).

Apollo-Ridge 48, Springdale 24 – Sophie Yard led all scorers with 20 points and Josalin McCauley added 10 as Apollo-Ridge (1-0) doubled up Springdale (0-1) in the Leechburg tournament. Ashlyn Ferderbar had eight points to lead the Dynamos.

Aquinas Academy 56, Jeannette 28 – Ellie Junker scored 12 points and Emily Fisher and Violet Johnson added 11 points each to lead Aquinas Academy (1-0) to a win at Aquinas Academy tournament. Adriana Allison scored 26 points for Jeannette (0-1).

Armstrong 54, Knoch 24 – Emma Paul led with 21 points, Kyla Fitzgerald added 12 and Sarai Weaver followed with 10 to lead Armstrong (1-0) to a win at the Armstrong tournament. Adah Fuller scored 10 points for Knoch (0-1).

Baldwin 50, Pine-Richland 28 – Katie Lucarelli scored 14 points and Lynsey Bernotas added 13 for Baldwin (1-0) in a win at the AHN/Highmark tournament. Madison Zavasky scored 13 points for Pine-Richland (0-1).

Blackhawk 72, Mt. Pleasant 14 – Alena Fusetti scored 19 points and Piper Romigh added 10 for Blackhawk (1-0) in a win over Mt. Pleasant (0-1) at the Greensburg Salem tournament.

Brownsville 67, Bentworth 22 – Ava Clark led all scorers with 24 points, Skylar Gates added 18 and Zariah Reed finished with 16 as Brownsville (1-0) beat Bentworth (0-1) at the Brownsville tournament. Amber Sallee drained six 3-pointers and finished with 18 points for the Bearcats.

Carlynton 27, Propel Braddock Hills 13 – Lucy Vetter scored 10 points for Carlynton (1-0) in a win over Propel Braddock Hills (0-1).

Charleroi 54, Derry 45 – Ella Sypolt and Camryn Musser scored 16 points apiece to lead Charleroi (1-0) to a win at Monessen’s Major Corley Tip-Off Tournament. Jane Huss paced Derry (0-1) with 15 points and Samantha Gruska scored 13.

Chartiers-Houston 49, Uniontown 23 – Amelia Brose scored 17 points and Ava Capozzoli added 13 points to lead Chartiers-Houston (1-0) to a win at Brownsville tournament. Geelece Ingram scored 12 points for Uniontown (0-1).

Chartiers Valley 51, Elizabeth Forward 42 – Ella Cupka scored 23 points and Ava Shazer added 12 to lead Chartiers Valley (1-0) past Elizabeth Forward (0-1) at the Keystone Oaks tournament. Alyssa Terza scored 12 points and Kaelynn Settles had nine for the Warriors.

Cheswick Christian Academy 30, Neighborhood Academy 11 – Allie Szramowski scored 12 points and Grace Kostick added nine to lead Cheswick Christian Academy (1-0) past Neighborhood Academy (0-1) at the Neighborhood Academy tournament.

Connellsville 51, Propel Montour 10 – Bailey Liska led with 19 points and Whitney Bobish added 12 to help Connellsville (1-0) to a win over Propel Montour (0-1).

Deer Lakes 53, Sto-Rox 23 – Layne Loper scored 19 points and Sophia Laurenza added 16 to lead Deer Lakes (1-0) past Sto-Rox (0-1) at the tournament hosted by the Lancers.

Eden Christian 50, Hopewell 45 – Ella D’Ippoloito scored 14 points, Hope Haring added 11 and Lanie Brogdon hit three 3-pointers to lead Eden Christian (1-0) at the South Side tournament. Caylee Sundy scored 14 points and Alyssa Spang added 13 for Hopewell (0-1).

Ellis School 36, West Greene 25 – Taelor Spencer scored 18 points for Ellis School (1-0) in a win at the Fort Cherry tournament. Kendra Tharp scored eight points for West Greene (0-1).

Forest Hills 53, Indiana 45 – Addison Schirato scored 18 points and Alexis Henderson had 16 for Forest Hills in a win against Indiana (0-1) in the Forest Hills tournament. Bella Antonacci dropped 16 points and Addy Hutton added 10 for Indiana.

Fort Cherry 44, Bishop Canevin 37 – Raney Staub poured in 21 points to help the tournament host Rangers (1-0) top Bishop Canevin (0-1). Julianna Umalin had 13 points for the Crusaders and Kyla Cooley scored 11.

Frazier 54, Southmoreland 42 – Allie Yauch scored 19 points and Chloe Harger added 16 to lead Frazier (1-0) to a nonsection win. Olivia Aumer scored 10 points for Southmoreland (0-1).

Greensburg Central Catholic 49, Union 39 – Erica Gribble netted 22 points and Avery Davis scored 13 to help Greensburg Central Catholic (1-0) top Union (0-1) at the North Allegheny tip-off Tournament. Gribble and Davis both sank three 3-pointers. Kelly Clever led the Scotties with 13 points.

Hempfield 62, Franklin Regional 56 – Sarah Podkul led with 24 points and Ashley Hosni followed with 16 to help Hempfield (1-0) to a win at the Laurel Highlands tip-off tournament. Addison Musto scored 17 points and Toryn Fulton had 15 for Franklin Regional (0-1).

Highlands 37, Fox Chapel 21 – Trailing by eight at halftime, Highlands used a 14-0 run to start the third quarter and finished off a victory over Fox Chapel in the Freeport tournament. The Golden Rams took control by outscoring the Foxes 20-4 in the third quarter. They had just seven points at halftime.

Highlands senior Kalleigh Nerone was held off the scoreboard in the first half, but she scored six in the third on a pair of 3-pointers and finished with 11 points to lead all scorers. Fellow senior Jocelyn Bielak scored eight of her 10 points in the second half, and senior Kate Myers drained a pair of 3-point field goals in the third quarter for Highlands to finish with six points.

Fox Chapel struggled in the second half with just six points.Senior Skye Byrns finished with a team-best six points for the Foxes. Five of her six points came in the second quarter.

Keystone Oaks 47, West Allegheny 39 – Bailey Rieg led Keystone Oaks (1-0) with 19 points and Alayna Wagner added 16 for a win at the Keystone Oaks tournament over West Allegheny (0-1).

Kiski Area 55, Butler 47 – Abbie Johns scored 19 points to lead Kiski Area (1-0) past Butler (0-1) at the Armstrong tournament. Gianna DeVito added 13 points and Rikaya Garcia-Broaden had 11 for the Cavaliers.

Leechburg 42, Nazareth Prep 12 – Adalyn Zanotto scored 14 points and Hayven Lookabaugh added 10 for Leechburg (1-0) in a win over Nazareth Prep (0-1) at the Leechburg tournament.

Ligonier Valley 38, Beth-Center 30 – Lyla Barr scored 12 points, including eight in the fourth quarter, to pace Ligonier Valley (1-0) in a win at the Jefferson-Morgan tournament. Emma Shashura scored 14 for Beth-Center (0-1).

Lincoln Park 62, Hampton 50 – J’La Kizart scored 27 points, Sarah Scott added 14 and Maddie Syka had 11 to lead Lincoln Park (1-0) to a win at the Moon tournament. Kat Milon scored 22 points and Megan Murray added 18 for Hampton (0-1).

Monessen 41, Brashear 7 – MyAsia Majors scored 10 points for Monessen (1-0) in a win over Brashear (0-1) at the Monessen tournament.

Montour 63, Rochester 36 – Jordyn Wolfe led the Spartans (1-0) with 29 points in a win at the Montour tournament. Tia Yellock scored 10 points for Rochester (0-1).

Moon 48, Canon-McMillan 41 – Jadein Griggs scored 20 points and had four 3-pointers, Leilana Rucker had 12 points and Jayla Brown added 10 to lead the Tigers (1-0) to a win at the Moon tournament. Madison Clair led Canon-McMillan (0-1) with 23 points.

North Catholic 56, Upper St. Clair 44 – Alayna Rocco had 19 points and sank a trio of 3-pointers for North Catholic (1-0) in a victory at the North Allegheny tip-off Tournament. Sarah Loughry (12) and Ava Walker (10) also scored in double figures for the Trojanettes. Rylee Kalocay led Upper St. Clair (0-1) with 16 points.

North Hills 78, Ellwood City 43 – Gianna Sturdivant led with 21 points, Gia Minton followed with 20 and Jayden Arnett added 12 to lead North Hills (1-0) to a win at the St. Joseph tournament. Claire Noble scored 16 points and Kayla Jones had 14 for Ellwood City (0-1).

Norwin 66, Cameron (WV) 27 – Bella Furno scored 15 points and Ava Christopher added 12 to lead Norwin (1-0) at the Wheeling Park tournament. Lauren Palangio and Kendall Berger each scored 10 for the Knights.
