We reached the final stop on this years trip on the Highway to Heinz. It was Semifinals Friday around District 7. 16 teams entered Friday's action with dreams of playing at the big house next Saturday dancing in their heads, however those dreams only became reality for eight of those football teams. The Parkway Conference in Class AAA and the Eastern Conference in Class A were both 4-0 in WPIAL first-round football playoff games last week. That is impressive, but not unheard of in the WPIAL.
