Hopewell’s Rushel Shell has a chance to break the state career rushing record in Friday night’s WPIAL Quarterfinals against Franklin Regional. The drought is now five years since a WPIAL girls volleyball team has captured a PIAA championship...and Counting. 32 have exited the Highway to Heinz while 32 others are rambling on toward the round two exit.
