The Shaler girls bowling team announced its intentions to the rest of the WPIBL on opening night. The Titans (1-0) bear Butler, who are the defending section, WPIBL and Western Regional champions, 4-3. Shaler was led by Bella Pilyih, who rolled a 620 series with a high game of 219.
