■ PINE-RICHLAND 47, CENTRAL CATHOLIC 17
No. 1-ranked Pine-Richland scored seven first-half touchdowns — all by senior running back Jordan Crawford — in Friday night’s 47-17 victory over No. 2 Central Catholic, a Northern Seven rivalry that quickly turned into mismatch this time.

■ SETON LaSALLE 35, APOLLO-RIDGE 21
Behind a virtuoso performance by running back Lionel Deanes — 285 yards and three long touchdown runs — Class 3A No. 2 Seton LaSalle pulled away for a 35-21 victory over host Apollo-Ridge in an Allegheny Conference game.

■ FREEPORT 44, BURRELL 0
Freeport junior running back Conor Selinger rushed for a game-high 154 and two touchdowns to lead the Yellowjackets to a 44-0 win that kept Freeport (4-1, 3-0) perfect in the Allegheny Conference.

The Dynamos didn’t have any passing yards, but they rushed for 278 yards and six touchdowns in a 42-13 victory.

■ WEST MIFFLIN 14, GREENSBURG SALEM 7
Poor tackling, penalties and missed opportunities hindered Greensburg Salem early, and the offense sputtered in a 14-7 Class 4A Big Nine loss to West Mifflin before an umbrella-wielding crowd on homecoming night.
