North Allegheny Back On Top of WPIAL AAA Girls Field Hockey World Again

North Allegheny defeated Fox Chapel 2-1 in overtime to win the AAA field hockey championship Monday night at Fox Chapel High School. The title is the 11th district crown in 14 years, but first for the Tigers since 2007. The lightest Saturday high school football schedule in the WPIAL turned out to be the final Saturday of high school football in the WPIAL. There were only three games to close the books on the district schedule, so it leaves us with only three stars with three strong performances.
