Here is a breakdown of the 2019 WPIAL boys basketball playoffs: Class 6A Favorite: Senior guards Dan Petcash (22.2 ppg) and Greg Shulkosky (16.1) lead a high-scoring Pine-Richland lineup that enters the playoffs on a 19-game winning streak. The Rams average 79.7 points per game, which leads the entire WPIAL.
