Big things were expected of Sto-Rox this season and the Vikings have lived up to expectations so far. Especially the big part.A close examination of Sto-Rox’s statistics shows the Vikings have more big plays than Broadway and those big plays are one of the main reasons coach Ron Butschle’s team has an undefeated 4-0 record.

Every Friday night that is filled with high school football action is special…but this Friday night seemed to stand out for several reasons. Each classification was lined up with big showdown games that had folks calling it Separation Friday in the WPIAL. Plus a 12-year old record fell as one of the area’s best running backs ever took his place in history and in the record books.
